In the coming days we will join the opposition in coalition talks to form a new government, PSL leader Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said today on Radio Zet. He emphasized that if he agreed to a coalition with PiS. that would be unfair to the voters who voted for the change.
When asked if he was interested in the Prime Minister’s position in the new government, Kosiniak-Kamysz replied that “having the most important positions to implement his program is always a value for the head of the party, for the political environment.”
But I am interested in an efficient government, I am interested in the implementation of the program, I am interested in organizing these relationships into the broad coalition that exists today that can take power. There must be trust, there must be cooperation, there will be no single leader here – noted the President of PSL.
The Prime Minister’s chair
Asked whether PO leader Donald Tusk would become the new government’s prime minister, Kosiniak-Kamysz said: “We will talk about it.”
No personnel decisions are made here, no cases are resolved, the party chairman emphasized.
In response to the comment that the official election results will be announced today and when asked when talks on a new governing coalition on the opposition side will begin, Kosiniak-Kamysz said that “these will take place in the coming days.”
Just as we said we would talk to each other immediately after the results were announced, we are in contact with each other
– said the head of PSL.
Dispute over worldview
In response to the comment that KO and the left want to introduce the right to abortion until the twelfth week of pregnancy and to the question whether the issue of abortion will be part of the coalition agreement, Kosiniak-Kamysz said that “no ideological issues can ever are being solved”. are part of the coalition agreement.”
And on this point I do not agree with including ideological issues in the coalition agreement
– he declared.
When asked whether it is necessary to return to 500 plus instead of 800 plus, the PSL leader replied that “800 plus has already been adopted, so we will not bother Wisła with a stick.”
We have proposed 800 plus for working people. We should not retreat from this, but I think this amendment for workers is interesting for the future
– added the leader of the People’s Party.
Asked whether the new government would abolish the 13th and 14th pensions after coming to power, Kosiniak-Kamysz said: “We will introduce the tax-free pension.” Because – as he argued – “it is better than the 13th and 14th pension and it also reflects a greater contribution to the pension system and values professional activity.”
Ideological issues cannot be part of the coalition agreement and I do not agree with ideological issues being included in the coalition agreement.

Goals of the Third Way
However, in an interview on Radio ZET, the leader of the People’s Party mysteriously noted that his party is interested in security, economy, energy and agriculture, which can be read between the lines as a suggestion of what the ministries of the Third Way could demand in the areas of security, economy, energy and agriculture. negotiations with Donald Tusk.
