Samuela Torkowska, candidate of the Confederation for the Sejm, gave an interview on the Goniec.pl portal. During the conversation, the topic of Russian aggression against Ukraine came up. Torkowska, who participated in the Top Model program as Samuela Górska and became famous for saying that she did not want “Jewishness and LGBT” in Poland, now did not want to give a clear answer to the question of who she would like to win in this war.

“Everyone has their own opinion.”
Torkowska did not want to answer the question of who she would like to wish victory in the war in Ukraine. The candidate for the Sejm said that an election campaign is underway and that it is “politically quite incorrect.”
Who would you wish victory for?
– asked the journalist.
I won’t say
– Torkowska replied.
Why? This is a pretty simple answer
– said the interviewer.
I won’t say because there is a campaign going on and it is quite politically incorrect. Even the party itself has divided opinions, so… I would like you to respect that I prefer to refrain from expressing my condolences for the time being.
– she replied.
But there is a debate in the Confederacy about who should win this war?
– asked the journalist.
Naturally. Everyone has their own private views. The best example of this is Janusz Korwin-Mikke, a very controversial person and for example when there was the last action against the patriarchy, some people said: “Stupid Korwin, you should put him in the closet.” Others said, “Great, great, Korwin is going to the patriarchy because they’re generally right again and you’re all stupid and don’t know what it’s like.” The Confederation mainly consists of three components that differ from each other. How can there be one common thread? I’m not a Southern leader who hits too hard
– she said.
War is always the worst possible solution. It’s not good when people die
– she added.
To the comment that Krzystof Bosak and Sławomir Mentzen said that it would be good if Russia cut its teeth in Ukraine, Torkowska replied:
Do you think Ukraine has any chance against Russia? Let’s not be naive. Russia has not even used 15 percent in Ukraine. your strength.
When asked if she believed Ukraine would lose this war, Torkowska replied:
Yes. Sooner or later yes. In one way or another. What will be the best way? One in which as few people as possible die. Every gun sent to Ukraine now drives these people into war
Confederation colleagues are unlikely to be proud of Torkowska’s statement, which showed at the end of the campaign that not everyone in this community wishes the best for Ukraine.
