US Secretary of State Antony Blinken joked about the involvement of his “Russian friends” after his speech at the University of Texas was interrupted by a testing alert. The performance was broadcast on the American YouTube channel Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
While the official was explaining the current situation in Ukraine, his speech was interrupted by the alarm notification that suddenly appeared on the phones of those gathered.
“We may have been harassed by our Russian friends,” Blinken joked.
