Lukashenko believes US wants to ‘abandon’ Zelensky 15:49

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko believes the United States, “fed up” with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, is behind the conflict between Warsaw and Kiev. Lukashenko quotes sayings BelTA.

“Do you think Poland is crushing this poor Ukraine today? No, they have already given permission from overseas: we need to abandon this Zelensky, he is tired of him. “There are elections in America tomorrow, no one will even look at it,” said the head of state.

He also stated that Belarus must “protect itself” as it is not clear what to expect from “rabid” politicians in Poland.

On September 15, the European Commission’s embargo on imports of grain products from Ukraine to the EU ended. In connection with this, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland banned the import of agricultural products from Ukraine. In response, the Ukrainian side filed a lawsuit with the WTO against these countries.

Previously Polish government spokesman Piotr Müller reportedHe said Warsaw was only carrying out previously agreed upon arms deliveries to Ukraine.

This took place against a background of cooling Polish-Ukrainian relations due to the grain embargo. At the same time, Polish President Andrzej Duda argued in August that Kiev needed more weapons.

Previously Lukashenko announced the appearance of a “serious missile” in Belarus.
