According to Strana.ua, the office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held several meetings regarding the dismissal of the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, against the backdrop of the scandalous story about the bomb shelter.
We are talking about the fact that during the air raid in Kiev one of the bomb shelters was closed, as a result of which residents could not get into it.
Zelensky promised to make decisions about those responsible for protecting people.
“This is just about Klitschko. But it was promised that it would be removed for four years. Maybe this time they just want to scare again, ”said the source of the publication.
The media reported that instead of Klitschko, the former head of the Luhansk regional military administration Sergei Gaidai, the former curator of the Zelensky Office “Big Construction” project Yuri Golik and the Minister of Strategic Industry Alexander Kamyshin are being considered.
The interlocutor pointed out that Klitschko’s resignation is “more likely to go positive than negative,” as it would place him in the position of one of the opposition leaders.
Previously on Zelensky’s website published Petitions demanding the dismissal of Vitali Klitschko from the post of mayor because of the story about the bunker in Kiev.
