The consensus with unions, which we have been building for years, benefits the employees, says deputy spokeswoman for PiS, head of the social policy and family committee, Urszula Rusecka. As she added, the committee wants to work out solutions from the agreement between the government and “Solidarity” before the end of the term.

The answer to the demands
Rusecka stressed in an interview with PAP that the agreements between the government and “Solidarity” meet the demands of workers and unions.
These were also the areas we were trying to signal, and some of the topics we had already started but not finished as we were waiting to see what would be in these schemes
– she said.
It is good if the projects of MPs have a positive opinion of the government, because then it is coherent, there are resources for it. Because this is all about spending budgetary resources and we are waiting for these bills to be turned into law, probably in collaboration with our deputies, to work out these solutions before the end of this term
– emphasized the head of the committee on social policy and family.
I hope that these provisions will be implemented in this legislature
she added.
Rusecka pointed out that the PiS government is a government where social responsibility and the role of the employee are important.
This is a balanced operation
she noted.
On the one hand care for the employee, but also responsibility for the budget
she added.
This consensus with the trade unions, which we have been building for years, benefits the employees
– emphasized the PiS MP.
