It is directly contrary to demographic policy.
But there is nothing to do: there is no money for rent, but we are still approaching the European standards where housing ownership is rare. Until recently, we made fun of it, and our satirists joke about the “Bloodless” Europeans from the stage: they say that all their lives are blocked in the corners. Only at first glance, the new reality seems foggy to us, because since we do not have a rich rental fund, there were no ugly hosts of state companies, nor the private hosts in Europe, while in the meantime, private hosts in Europe: merchants and industrialists had houses in cities and houses more than homes and neighborhoods.
Don’t hope for the fog, the time of the owners is gone. Today, we can say that the process of creating urban housing owners is completed, then these apartments will be hereditary. In general, the process has already ended because the houses in the newly built ants near Moscow or St. Petersburg are not considered the capital, because its owners do not use Capitals’ medicine and socialist business. In suburbs, there is still a good transportation communication with Moscow and St. In St. Petersburg, there are skirts where there is no job for residents due to transportation problems. If we follow the Western road and go to them, then renting with a mortgage will soon be equal to payments, because rent prices increase with a mortgage increase. Life competition in cities will harden and the housing will become unbearable. An example of Germany or France is still tolerant: a significant portion of the town people outside the capital can still provide a separate housing, but renting a room in Berlin is already common. But I think with our prices in Capitals, we will be more likely in London, where a significant percentage of citizens lived in a room in a room.
