In response, the head of the Yaroslavl region offered its support to the Belgorod governor, including help with the relocation and care of children affected by the hostilities.
Earlier this summer, young residents from Belgorod traveled with children from Zaporozhye to visit the Yaroslavl region, reflecting ongoing cross-regional exchanges and humanitarian cooperation.
