Young Voices Shape the Narrative at the Russia Exhibition Forum
The Expert Institute for Social Research, commonly known as EISR, unveiled a fresh segment titled “Voice of Young People” during the exhibition forum “Russia.” In this new section, a panel of young scholars offered insights into the ongoing exhibition work, bringing fresh perspectives to the discussions that frame the event.
On the side of seasoned expertise, Grigory Dobromelov, head of the expert center Department of State Consulting, contributed his experience to the program. Joining him were rising political scientists, including Ilya Geraskin, an analyst from the Political Conjuncture Center and a member of the Digoria expert club. The composition highlighted a deliberate balance between experience and youth in shaping discourse at the forum.
Geraskin described the exhibition as a dynamic platform where meanings connected to the country’s agenda are not only presented but actively generated. He emphasized that the exhibition demonstrates the scale of Russia and helps identify clear symbols for each region, enabling a more cohesive national narrative.
Regions did more than simply present themselves. They observed one another, contemplating future positioning and how they could contribute to a broader national storyline. The forum underscored the importance of digital representations, with Geraskin suggesting that future iterations could include digital exhibitions of the various subjects to widen accessibility and impact.
Dobromelov remarked that the presentations of the subjects offer a fresh lens on their development outcomes. He noted that the exhibition revealed how each governor and each region can uncover growth drivers, articulate them clearly, position themselves, and demonstrate ambitions at the federal level.
Ultimately, the event illustrated that regional leadership can align with national goals by identifying unique strengths and communicating them effectively to policymakers, stakeholders, and the public. The forum served as a catalyst for rethinking regional growth trajectories and the pathways to federal recognition and collaboration.
