The president of the Alicante Province Business Union, Uepal, César Quintanilla, together with the ESIC Valencia Community projects lead, Pepe Monfort, and Beatriz Domenech, head of institutional relations at Aitex, have signed an agreement to facilitate leadership training for business leaders in the province. The agreement gives access to ESIC’s programs at the impressive facilities of Aitex in Alcoy for executives and senior managers of local companies, focusing on management and corporate direction topics.
Quintanilla believes that such collaborations boost the competitiveness of the regional business fabric. He notes that higher preparation, knowledge of new management tools across various business areas, and the inclusion of solutions like Artificial Intelligence are essential to stay ahead in a global market and strengthen regional performance against other territories.
The Uepal president pointed out that the Aitex-ESIC alliance provides a guarantee of practical knowledge transfer to senior managers, leveraging Aitex’s hands-on expertise and ESIC’s extensive training experience.
