The event occurred around 01:00 at the access gate to the Prop Tower, located along Rambla de Mendez Nuñez in downtown Alicante. Reports from the cited sources describe a laminated glass door with approximate dimensions of two meters in height and 1.10 meters in width. As one person attempted to pass through, the door gave way, causing the glass to shatter and trap those nearby.
