On Wednesday the 12th, Bianco Sea Emotion opened with a menu notable for its bold flavor, creative twists, and fresh ingredients. The following day, Thursday the 13th, Sunset Beach Restaurant kept the festival marching with a series of presentations that blend tradition with modern techniques, celebrating the marine bounty that sets this coast apart.
That momentum continues today with Mesón El Huertano presenting a distinctive offering aligned with the event’s culinary philosophy.
The tour rolls into next week, June 19 through 21, with three more restaurants joining the lineup. On Wednesday the 19th, Mesón Las Jarras will welcome guests for an unforgettable dining experience. On Thursday the 20th, Mesón de la Costa will showcase its celebrated seafood and fish cuisine. Finally, on Friday the 21st, Las Villas will close the series with a delightful fusion of flavors.
