The victim sensed danger, resisted, and managed to bite the attacker’s arm during the struggle. The assailant fled the scene after the confrontation.
Following the incident, the woman contacted law enforcement to report the attack, provide a description of the suspect, and urge authorities to pursue the case. Police located the suspect on the Cosmonauts Highway and stopped him for a personal search. Wounds on the man’s hands were noted during the search, which raised questions about his involvement in the incident.
At this stage, investigators are assessing whether the suspect participated in other offenses. A criminal case has been opened by investigators from the Investigative Committee to determine the full scope of the person’s actions and any possible connections to additional crimes.
