Kondratyev expressed gratitude to the president for the measures announced in his address to the Federal Assembly, saying the decisions touched a broad spectrum of stakeholders—from everyday residents and local businesses to public enterprises where people work, and to large families that benefit from regional initiatives. He highlighted the overhaul plan for schools and kindergartens as particularly impactful for the Krasnodar area.
Minchenko echoed the governor’s sentiment, noting that the governor’s office conveyed a widely shared viewpoint among regional leaders. He emphasized that regional elites and communities respond positively to the president’s proposals on regional policy, infrastructure development, strengthening local self-government, and financial support to the regions. These elements, he said, elicited strong, favorable reactions among governors and within regional administrations.
