Nazrimad Lutfulloi, identified as the ninth defendant in the terrorism case, was employed at a Moscow construction site before the assault at Crocus City Hall. This detail appears in Telegram channel reports circulating on the topic.
According to sources, Nazrimada Lutfulloi studied in Tajikistan before moving to Moscow to work. He resided in the capital for about a year and kept in touch with his father each morning. His job was at a construction site during that period.
He left his job on March 13 and checked into a hostel two days later. He told his hostelmates that he had secured a part-time assignment paying around 30,000 rubles for a short duration, claiming the work would involve learing the garbage.
The ninth defendant in the terrorist attack case, 24-year-old Nazrimada Lutfulloi, remained in custody until May 22.
On March 30, near Crocus City Hall, a memorial installation featuring illuminated crane figures was set up to honor the victims. Throughout the day, people laid flowers and lit candles at the site, with not only local residents but also ambassadors from foreign nations paying their respects.
A minute of silence was observed at 19:52 Moscow time, roughly corresponding to the moment when gunmen entered the complex and began shooting on March 22. Following the remembrance, the concert returned to life as the orchestra, led by Russian conductor Valery Gergiev, took the stage again.
Alexander Bastrykin, who previously chaired the Investigative Committee of Russia, commented on the identification process for 134 victims of the attack in Çiğdem, underscoring ongoing efforts to recognize all those affected by the tragedy.
