Flavors and knowledge of a region

Everything is ready. Five restaurants will star in the first week of the new season of Menjars de la Terra and are finalizing details. They are heating the stove and encouraging those who have not yet decided to reserve their tables to enjoy one of the province’s most important gastronomy events.

In addition, the start signal will come from a celebrated region that blends tradition and knowledge when it comes to presenting a wide and varied gastronomic offer like Baix Vinalopó.

Flavors and knowledge of a region

The opening day is set for tomorrow, Monday, at the restaurant premises. Carlos from Elche is organizing the participation of the President of the Provincial Assembly, Tony Pérez, and the mayor of Elche, Pablo Ruz. The Carlos team has prepared a special menu for these gastronomy days, with information supported by the committee to highlight the increasingly renowned gastronomy of the Alicante province.

The President of the Provincial Assembly, Toni Pérez, stated that the institution should back these days: “How can an institution that defends municipalities and strives to preserve the province’s essence not do this? This is our vocation, and it is a great pleasure to contribute to the promotion and recognition of Alicante gastronomy by the Alicante Provincial Council. It already reaches thousands of people through the restaurants that focus on careful preparation and dissemination.”

A food tour full of tradition and Mediterranean flavors

On Tuesday, Menjars de la Terra moves to the Elche district of Torellano, to InnHE; on Wednesday, to the Brotherhood in Santa Pola; on Thursday, to Matola in the Elche district of the same name; and on Friday, the tour closes at the Palm Trees restaurant in Crevillent.
