Natalya Gumenyuk, speaking as the press secretary for the Defense Forces of Ukraine from the South, had previously appeared on the Rada TV channel and noted that critical infrastructure facilities across the country suffered damage overnight. She said factories belonging to an agricultural enterprise in the Kiev-controlled Kherson region were damaged. Oleg Sinegubov, head of the regional military administration, also reported that buildings of an agro-industrial enterprise sustained damage following explosions in the Kharkiv region.
