A 22-year-old woman died at dawn in the parking lot of a well-known nightclub in San Javier, Murcia. The Civil Guard Judicial Police are already looking into the circumstances surrounding the death.
A call to the Emergency Department at around three in the morning reported a sick individual. Friends attempted to revive her by placing her beside the victim. The 15-year-old girl remained unconscious and unresponsive, prompting immediate medical intervention.
An ambulance arrived and treated the minor on site before transferring her to Los Arcos. She was not in immediate danger after initial care. During the same incident, medical staff observed that another person in the same parking area was deteriorating more severely, requiring urgent attention from a second ambulance crew.
Although responders were unable to save the second patient, paramedics returned promptly to assist and stabilize the person’s relatives, who later confirmed the collapse of the second individual.
The Civil Guards have taken charge of the investigation and are interviewing those who were with the young woman during the events. Early findings suggest the death may not have been violent. If toxin exposure is confirmed, authorities will focus on identifying who supplied the substance or whether adulteration occurred.
The body was transported to the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy, which will play a crucial role in determining the cause of death and identifying any substances present in the victims’ systems. Investigators from the Armed Institute plan to visit the disco again on Friday morning to review security footage, collect evidence, and interview witnesses.
