According to the patient, he and his girlfriend planned a romantic evening. After sharing wine, they decided to explore new sexual positions as part of their interaction.
During the experience, the partner heard a crunching sound while the man experienced intense pain and noticed a bluish tinge around the genital area.
The couple promptly sought medical help. At the hospital, doctors diagnosed a fracture of the genital organ and a tear in the tunica albuginea, a delicate membrane surrounding the erectile tissue.
Life reports that surgeons performed the operation and that the patient was discharged soon after, with medical advice restricting sexual activity for about a month to allow proper healing.
