Indra, the Spanish technology and defense firm, posted a net profit of 184 million euros for the first nine months of the year, up 26% from 146 million euros in the same period a year earlier, according to accounts filed this Wednesday with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
“The steady improvement in operations and management is paying off, as reflected in our results, which are solid and confirm that we are executing our strategy. Acquisitions such as Deimos and MQA strengthen our capabilities in key sectors, including aerospace and technology, and align with our strategic path. We have a clear objective, and we are progressing toward it,” said Indra’s chairman, Marc Murtra.

Additionally, the EBITDA reached 369 million euros in the nine-month period, almost 21% higher than the 305 million euros in the same period of the previous year. (Source: Indra CNMV filing)
Meanwhile, the net operating income (EBIT) stood at 291 million euros, i.e., up 27.63% from 228 million euros recorded at the end of the first three quarters of 2023. “We continue working on implementing our Strategic Plan ‘Leading the Future’.
