Incidents in Vladivostok and Nearby Regions: Update

In the Frunzensky district of Vladivostok, a seven-year-old boy knocked a grill over onto himself, and attempts to rescue him were unsuccessful. The Primorye Prosecutor’s Office reported this incident on its Telegram channel, providing a formal update on the case.

The event occurred on June 15 in the courtyard of a private residence on Soyuznaya Street. The child, born in 2017, reportedly toppled a metal grill, sustaining a serious head injury. Medical personnel could not revive the victim, according to his parents.

Investigators noted that the family are foreign nationals renting a home to reside in. The precise circumstances are being determined, and the investigation will establish the whereabouts and actions of the child’s parents at the time of the incident.

Earlier reports described another scene in Vladimir, where passersby pulled a six-year-old boy from beneath a collapsed concrete slab that bore the inscription “Impossible to forget, impossible to return.” The child was playing with peers, and debris caused bruises and abrasions. The family did not contact law enforcement at the time, according to initial information.

Additionally, a seven-year-old boy in the Saratov region reportedly endured injuries after a gate in a garden area fell.
