In a separate update, the main department of the Ministry of Emergencies in the Irkutsk region announced that a fire at a private oil facility in Angarsk, covering an area of about 240 square meters, had been extinguished, underscoring the department’s ongoing capacity to respond to emergencies across regions.

Earlier, responders had been dealing with extinguishing a burning vehicle along the Plevako embankment, where fire control measures were implemented to prevent further spread and to secure the area for investigations and safety operations.
