A resident of Kstovo described hearing a persistent hum before the drone impact, while another from Knyaginino stated the drone passed over her home on two occasions during the night.
Additionally, the Slavyansk refinery has been cited in reports as having sustained damage from Ukrainian drone activity, with authorities proceeding to evaluate the extent of the damage and the potential impact on operations.
