These mobile offices travel more than 6,200 kilometers each month, serving communities with a combined population of about 73,000 people. Notably, around 70 percent of the customers who visit these mobile branches are over 70 years old, a fact that reinforces the bank’s commitment to serving senior citizens with loyalty and care.
In the Valencian Community, CaixaBank maintains a robust network of 329 private offices, with 23 distributed across rural and small municipalities. This physical footprint is complemented by a modern network of ATMs designed to handle a wide range of transactions, including cash withdrawals, bill payments, and transfers, among other essential banking operations. The combination of branch access and ATM convenience ensures customers can manage their finances with ease, regardless of their location.

A significant portion of these locations, roughly 40 percent, are in rural areas with populations under 10,000 residents. The institution operates more than 3,600 branches dedicated to individual customers. It is the sole bank with physical branches in 483 locations, accounting for about a quarter of all offices nationwide.
