The regional governor of Belgorod, Vyacheslav Gladkov, confirmed that several settlements in his area were subjected to shelling. He shared the information via his official telegraph channel, detailing the events as they unfolded.
In his report, Gladkov noted that there were no reported casualties resulting from the bombardment. He described damage to a medical clinic in the village of Tishanka, where a cannonball shattered a window and ripped away a portion of the roof. He added that fragments from the same attack damaged two households nearby in Novaya Tavolzhanka.
Earlier communications from Gladkov indicated that a second projectile from the Uragan missile system was discovered in the valley that lies between Belgorod region and the Shebekinsky district, suggesting ongoing threats in the border area. In another incident, workers from an agricultural enterprise found another shell from the Hurricane system during spring fieldwork in a field near the village of Shamino. Gladkov mentioned that local hunters neutralized the device promptly after its discovery.
Prior to these events, the governor reported that following shelling of the village of Arkhangelsk in the Shebekinsky district by forces described as the Ukrainian army, a bullet struck a private residential building, underscoring the broader impact of this ongoing conflict on civilian infrastructure and homes in the region.
