Arkano is about to begin one of the most thrilling chapters of his professional journey as he prepares to appear as a contestant on Survivors in just a few days. To bid farewell to his Instagram followers, he shared a video where he opens up about his fears and what he anticipates might unfold during his stay in Honduras.

“This is the last video I’m making before heading into Survivors. I’m very nervous, and I just broke a hanger,” Arkano explains in the recording, sighs punctuating his words. The Alicante-based rapper expresses gratitude for the overwhelming support from fans and details the messages he’s received in his latest social post. He also uses the moment to vent a bit and share the anxiety about entering the Telecinco reality competition.

Arkano’s predictions for his time on Survivors

One clear aim of this video is to let some weight off his shoulders and to offer an official glimpse into his expectations for the competition, with plans to revisit these thoughts after the experience ends.

He confesses that one of his biggest fears is jumping from a helicopter. “I’ll need a while to gather the courage, and I want the jump to be as low as possible,” Arkano admits. “I’ll have to leap because the crowd is watching live, and the moment will be intense.”

Support from within the competition

In the video, Arkano also touches on his dynamics with fellow contestants, noting the mix of profiles that will be sharing the experience with him. He mentions that this diversity makes him a bit nervous, but he is hopeful about forming positive connections.

Rocio Madrid is cited as a major emotional anchor for Arkano, a source of encouragement that puts him in a good mood. He notes that she is the only participant he already knew before the show, highlighting a prior collaboration with her on Crónicas Marcianas and a shared appearance on Pasapalabra.

In addition to Rocio Madrid, Arkano believes he could get along well with Blanca Manchón and Rubén Torres, though he remains realistic and acknowledges that chemistry can change in the moment. He bases his expectations on the energy they project in their promotional clips rather than guarantees anything about personal harmony.

One thing is certain to him: he is not a confrontational person, and his goal is to avoid unnecessary arguments with anyone. “Even when hunger tests me, I don’t expect to stir up trouble,” he says with conviction.

“I practice freediving by watching YouTube videos”

Arkano is curious about how he might respond to long stretches without food or his usual comforts, such as coffee. He ponders both his strengths and weaknesses in the social dynamics of the game, including tasks like fishing or competing for immunity.

“I’ve never fished, so I’ll be terrible at it,” he admits. “If a bug appears, I’ll likely retreat.”

On the other hand, Arkano reveals that freediving is something he has studied seriously, even citing YouTube tutorials as his training method, a habit he has relied on from his hometown of Alicante.

Arkano and freestyle in challenging conditions

The rapper, famed as the king of freestyle, expects there will be moments in Survivors that require improvisation. “I’ve never freestyled under such demanding circumstances. I don’t know how this will turn out or how my mind will react,” Arkano shares in the Instagram video, adding that the experience may unlock connections in his mind to ideas he’s never explored before.

He closes the recording by thanking his supporters again and calling Survivors a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that will redefine his perspective on performance and resilience.
