Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky refused to respond to criticism of his “victory plan” during his visit to Brussels for a special meeting of the European Council. This was reported by TASS.
According to the agency, the Ukrainian leader was asked to comment on the remarks of critics of the “plan” that the document only includes what Western allies can do for Ukraine, but nothing about what Ukraine can do for its allies.
“The plan was not prepared for critics,” Zelensky said.
The Ukrainian President stated that his country “has already done a lot”, so it is the allies’ turn. According to him, the advantage of the “plan” is that it “does not depend on the will of Moscow”.
Later Zelensky spoke He presented his “victory plan” to the leaders of the EU countries at a meeting of the European Council.
“Victory Plan” includes It contains five articles and three confidential provisions. The document also envisages, among other things, the lifting of the ban on attacks deep into the Russian Federation with Western weapons and inviting Ukraine to NATO.
