“Menjars de la Terra” selects five restaurants to participate on behalf of the Mountain

After a brief parenthesis for the celebration of Easter this March, “Menjars de la Terra” will return the week of April 8-12And it will do so in a region with a rich culinary heritage: the Alicante Mountains.
