The information coming from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense that the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on Azerbaijani positions does not correspond to the truth. This was reported by press service Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
“The claim that Armenian Armed Forces units opened fire on Azerbaijani positions in the eastern part of the border strip at around 12.45 on February 24 is not true. Additionally, the report stated that Azerbaijan opened fire on Armenian positions in the Verin Shorzha region on February 24 at around 12.30.
