Alfonso Mira Gastronomy Meetings celebrates its twenty-second anniversary From February 24 to March 13, praises the culinary diversity and gastronomic excellence that characterize this initiative. Since its inception in 2001, this event has been a platform to discover and enjoy the rich diversity of Spanish gastronomy and share it with people. Spain’s best chefs a unique experience. With the commitment to offer the following opportunity to the residents of Alicantediscover different dishes, quality products and innovative culinary techniques, The Alfonso Mira Gastronomy Meetings have established themselves as a well-known event that makes the local gastronomy community proud.
It should also be noted that more than 300 chefs attended these meetings and enriched the culinary environment with their talent and creativity. Since its establishment, more than 32,000 exquisite menus have been offered, satisfying the tastes of thousands of customers eager to discover new gastronomic experiences.
