Russian air defense systems shot down five Ukrainian planes and 11 HIMARS missiles in one week. This has been reported telegram channel Russian Ministry of Defense.
“Within a week, air defense systems shot down five Ukrainian aircraft, including three Mig-29s and two Su-25s, as well as a Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force,” the ministry said.
Between 3 and 8 December Russian air defenses also captured 11 HIMARS multiple launch rockets, two HARM anti-radar missiles and one JDAM guided bomb. In just one week, 224 drones were destroyed.
Russian army too caught 12 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were captured. According to the ministry, from December 3 to 8, the Russian Armed Forces struck the deployment points of Ukrainian army units and formations of foreign mercenaries.
