The head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin, dismissed Deputy Minister of Digital Development Dmitry Kim from his post. This was reported by TASS.

“Upon his request, remove Dmitry Matveyevich Kim from his post as Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media,” the message reads.

Previously the Russian government Submitted to the State Duma Draft federal budget for 2024 and the planning period 2025 and 2026. The bill was sent completely electronically for the first time. The order to introduce it was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The draft budget was created on the basis of the basic version of the socio-economic development forecast. This means a transition to strong economic growth of over 2% in 2024.

According to the draft budget, revenues are expected to be 35 trillion rubles in 2024, 33.5 trillion in 2025 and 34.1 trillion in 2026. Expenditures are expected to be 36.6 trillion rubles in 2024, 34.4 trillion in 2025 and 35.6 trillion rubles in 2026. It is planned to allocate 4.4 trillion rubles to unified benefits for families with children, 482 billion rubles to improve housing supply and another 1.6 trillion rubles to pay maternity capital.
