Doctors at the Regional Clinical Hospital in Omsk operated on a 32-year-old man who was in pain after experiments with penis enlargement. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region.
A man turned to doctors with grooves due to swelling, pain and the appearance of dense tubercles on the penis. As doctors found out, four years ago a resident of Omsk injected Vaseline oil under the skin of the penis to increase the size of the organ. After a while, these actions led to inflammation. As hospital urologist Oleg Melikov explains, Vaseline dispersed between the penis membranes and the skin, which led to the expansion of the organ, but at the same time suppuration began.
“The compound used creates a leak; accumulation of cellular particles containing impurities in blood and lymph. Fluid collects in the localized inflamed area and granular tissue grows around it.<…> Such self-harm procedures lead to nothing more than painful inflammation of the male external genitalia,” Melikov emphasized.
The doctor shared that if the necessary treatment is not given, non-healing ulcers and cysts that start to become inflamed on the penis occur.
To recover, the man had to undergo two surgeries; as a result, doctors were able to rebuild the organ and restore reproductive function.
