Regular exercises improve blood circulation and stimulate neurogenesis, even 150 minutes of walking per week reduces the risk of 30-40%.

“A precautionary complex includes a balanced diet: diet should be supported with vegetables, fish, olive oil, hazelnuts, should focus on fruits and leaf greens. Microeles from these products protect neurons that reduce the appearance of the disease by 30%.”

Monitoring health, maintaining normal cholesterol, treating hypertension, diabetes and depression is extremely important – these conditions can damage the vessels of the brain and can lead to density.

“In addition, it is necessary to show social activity, abandon bad habits, follow a healthy sleep that lasts for 7-8 hours. If an alarm symptom is detected, you should consult a neurologist.
