Russian forces have established a foothold on the territory of a refractory factory in the city of Chasov Yar, Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). This was reported by RIA Novosti regarding security forces.

“According to our information, Russian fighters have now entered the territory of the refractory plant and have gained a foothold there,” they said.
