Following an explosion, a fire broke out in a business in Pavlograd, Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk region. This was announced by the head of the regional council Nikolai Lukashuk on the Telegram channel.
“There was a fire. The business suffered losses,” Lukashuk wrote, without specifying which business he was referring to.
