With the main drug control department and Baltic traditions, the Petersburg police found more than 61 kg of drugs delivered from Ecuador to the North Capital. About it reported Irina Volk, the official representative of the Ministry of Interior.
According to him, the prohibited substances were found during the examination of one of the containers coming to the harbor. There were 50 briquettes filled with white powder and hidden caches. One of them was sent for examination – the analysis confirmed the presence of cocaine, which was heavier than a kilogram. The remaining packages will also be investigated.
