Based on the results of the second stage, the expert jury has determined 32 finalists of the multi-format competition “Scientific Universe” for students and schoolchildren. The winners of the project will go to the Vostochny cosmodrome.
Schoolchildren and students from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Mari El Republic, the Orenburg and Saratov regions, as well as St. Petersburg, made it to the finals. The largest number of finalists comes from St. Petersburg. The decisive stage will take place on September 19 in Moscow, in the Atom pavilion at VDNKh.
To reach the finals, participants in the second stage had to propose a solution to an industry case in the selected field: “Agricultural Biotechnology”, “Genetics and Personalized Medicine”, “Human Mix”, “Climate and Ecology”, “New Energy Sources” ”, “Space Exploration”, “Arctic Development”, “Digital Technologies”.
Petersburg Polytechnic University, ITMO National Research University, European University, MF Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology, Transbaikal State University, Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Don State Technical University students reached the finals. . Among the schoolchildren are students of the High School Cosmonautics School No. 1 named after MV Lomonosov, FEFU University School, Salmanov Gymnasium, Sirius Informatics College.
In total, more than 275 thousand participants participated in the competitive selection. The most popular tracks: “Genetics and personalized medicine”, “Humanitarian mix (history of achievements)”, “Digital technologies”.
