Kirill Sazonov, an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), called on Ukrainians to go to the front to get access to electricity. This was reported by DEA News.
He invited Ukrainians to join his squad because they have light “24 hours a day.”
The officer stressed that they were trying to provide electricity to soldiers on the front lines to charge their equipment.
Sazonov added that two generators are constantly working. For those who want to always have light, the officer offered to sign a three-year contract.
Previously at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine statedKiev has received emergency aid from Poland and Slovakia in the past 24 hours due to a power outage in its energy system.
According to the Ministry of Energy, hourly shutdown programs will be implemented in the country during peak consumption hours (17:00 – 23:00), and shutdowns will not be provided for critical infrastructure businesses and businesses that import more than 80% of electricity.
