A man in England was sentenced to four years in prison for removing a condom during sex, it says LADBible. Her partner claims she did not give her consent.
According to media reports, the defendant’s name is Guy Mukendi. In 2023, he met a woman who agreed to have sex with him on the condition that her man used a condom. The Briton consented but removed her contraceptive pill during sexual intercourse without telling her partner.
Learning about this, the woman contacted the police. Under British law, a man removing a condom without his partner’s permission is considered rape. Guy was arrested and sentenced to four years in prison.
“The woman did the right thing by contacting the police,” officers added.
