How to prepare village salad

The first step is to cook the potatoes and eggs. Heat the pan with plenty of salted water and add the eggs and pre-washed potatoes.

After about 10 minutes the eggs will be ready and you can remove them. When you pierce the potatoes with a knife, you will check whether they are cooked or not. Take them out and let them cool.

It’s time to chop the vegetables: peppers, onions and tomatoes. Put it all in a bowl next to the escarole.

When the eggs and potatoes have cooled, chop them too and add them to your village salad. Also add the finely chopped can of tuna and chop the black olives.

The dressing is very easy to prepare. You can combine all the ingredients and mix them later, or you can prepare them separately and make a dressing that anyone can add to their salad plate.
