- 600 g broccoli
- 2 liters of mineral water
- Salt
- 1 dl of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 potatoes
- Clean the broccoli and cut it into small pieces.
- Let it boil in a saucepan with plenty of water and salt and cook for 20 minutes.
- After this time, drain well and reserve.
- When serving this dish, broccoli will be garnished with extra virgin olive oil and pre-boiled potatoes on the side.
