“The Republic of Belarus considers any action using military force against any of the member states of the Union State as an infringement on the Union State as a whole and will take appropriate retaliatory measures using all forces and means at its disposal.” expressed with concepts.
The military power of Belarus will be used in agreement with the general command of the regional units of Russia and Belarus. The concept also envisages the use of military force within the framework of protecting allies in the CSTO and fulfilling international obligations.
