- 8 apricots
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of brandy
- 250 gr. Famous
- 125 gr. your sugar
- 125 gr. butter
- 2 tablespoons of yeast
- Powdered sugar and salt.
- Beat two egg yolks with whole eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add the brandy and softened butter.
- Mix the flour with the yeast and add to the mixture before over-beating.
- Then grease a porcelain mold with butter and flour and spread the prepared dough into the mold with the help of a spatula.
- To finish, wash the apricots and cut them in half, removing the bone.
- They are distributed over the entire mass.
- Bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
- Let it rest from the oven.
