Cod with garlic sauce – Knowledge
- 1 onion.
- 1 potato.
- 100 grams of cod.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- olive oil
- 12 eggs.
- Chop the onion finely, cut the potato like an omelet and 100 grams of cod into thin pieces, clean, skinless and boneless.
- Saute the onion in olive oil with a clove of finely chopped garlic.
- After softening, add the cod and fry.
- Let’s fry the potatoes separately, without browning them, so that they become soft.
- When serving, put everything in a saucepan and add the eggs, mix to taste.
