“Residents of the city of Penza, Great Patriotic War Veterans, on May 7 at 21:12 on the street of Tsiolkovo Penza, I apologize to the participants of the sanctification of the victory poster we made with my friends,” he said.
As a result, the parents were responsible for the abuse of children, and they were appointed as administrative responsibility to “fulfill the tasks related to the care and education of non -disregard”. It is not specified that the perpetrators of the incident will be punished.
