Cod with truffles – Knowledge
- 1/2 kg. cod fish
- olive oil
- 2 onions
- Garlic
- Almond
- Fame
- ground pepper
- truffle to taste
- Salt
- Cut the cod into pieces and desalinate for 24 hours.
- After removing the salt, it is fried lightly in oil and taken out on a plate.
- Fry the onion and garlic in the same oil.
- Almonds roasted in a mortar are crushed with onions, garlic and truffles.
- Add water and stir into the pot.
- When it boils, add the cod and cook a little until the sauce thickens.
