Frog Legs – Knowledge
- 750 g frog legs
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 tip of hot pepper
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 3 dl oil
- Wash frog legs thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- Next, fry two cloves of chopped garlic in a saucepan with two tablespoons of oil.
- When the garlic is browned and golden brown, remove it and add the legs and six finely chopped garlic cloves.
- After ten minutes on high heat, add some hot pepper, chopped parsley and salt.
