There is no problem in recruiting volunteers who want to serve in Russia’s special operations region in Ukraine. This was stated by retired Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Oleg Starikov in an interview with the YouTube channel. “Yes like that”.

At the same time, Starikov noted that the Ukrainian army was not able to ensure the same flow of volunteers into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). He stated that Ukrainians did not want to defend their country and stopped going to military registration and enlistment offices.
