A man with drugs in his underwear was caught by the police in Berezniki. In this respect reports Press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Perm Region.
At night, police stopped a car and checked a suspicious passenger. It was revealed that the man, born in 1979, had a previous criminal record and two bags of powdery substance were found in his underwear. He was detained.
“The total weight of the seizure was approximately 200 grams. According to the expert’s research, this substance is a narcotic drug – heroin (diacetylmorphine).
The detainee explained that he ordered the drug for personal use over the Internet, went to Perm to buy it, and was stopped by law enforcement officers on the way back.
A case was filed against the person for possession of large-scale illegal drugs. An administrative protocol was also drawn up against the suspect for allegedly using drugs without a doctor’s prescription.
